Usually for the wraps you can put them in the microwave for a minute or so and then you wrap it around wherever you have muscle tension.

I don't know... My CuddlDuds stuff is still nice. Some of it is 2-3 years old. It depends on how you care for it. Don't use fabric softener. Agreed- don't try to buy for teens. They want gift cards. I have 3 teenagers and teach high school. They all concur.

Also been trying to avoid buying so much stuff, other good ideas would be experiences! Movie tickets, gift cards for restaurants, a water park, concert/show, museums, etc have been appreciated by my family 🥰

Electric kettle tip, find one where you can select the temp of the water. I have one that goes from 160 to 212. Different herbal teas taste better steeping at a temp under boiling.
