Chayla Volz

I desperately need you to explain the science of baking a loaf of bread to him.

Krillin the GOAT

Also maybe a cheese steak? I can't get them in texas.

Lightly Mothered

I think rice is a staple dish that can be hard to make well

Coco Boomslang

Meatloaf? I have never not messed one up 😖

Sierra

Chicken Piccata!!

L_Sloan

I think it would be really cool if you guys did some sort of cake recipe that I could follow for my birthday at the end of the month! Maybe a simpler cake like pound cake or something?

Isthisthingon

No apple apple pie! I can send you the recipe if needed

UvaMay

Mrs. P's potato salad or some other potato dish

Pirin Tablets

Pierogi!! Need to fill the TikTok ban void with something delicious 😍

Papa Palpatine

Something that is popular in Philly or something your families like making

Duncan Dixonbutz

I'm not sure if it is fair to ask since you can't do gluten but I would love to hear someone explain in great detail how to make a flaky pie crust. I cannot get this right no matter what I do.

Duncan Dixonbutz

and for savory, how about "the perfect meatball." My balls are weak and I need to step up my game

Mad Mads Kasperagus

I'd love to share some of the German -Russian recipes. Pork ribs, kraut and homemade mashed potatoes Homemade runzas (it would have gluten in my recipe but could probably be made with gluten free dough) Fruit soup and homemade doughnuts (it's like schnitze soup and grebble but I don't know if I spelled that right) And a struddle called dinnekuche

Robyn DeGraves

I’d love soups. Any soup will do but I had a phenomenal beef stew at Yule and I’d love to learn more about that. Chili is also a good one. Anything warm especially with this bone chilling cold coming

Laura H

Do a pot roast or stew! Perfect for the chilly time of year! And not too complex, it just takes a long time

chief lady stache

This might be insane/too complicated but I think hearing Pearlmania500 learn how to prepare and roast a whole chicken would be peak entertainment.

Morris Fishbein Fan Club

I’m not sure if this would be interesting, but maybe you could do an episode on a mystery recipe. You explain a recipe to Mr. P, and he has no idea what it is until the end of the episode.

Allegedly a Mrs P fan

Chocolate lava cakes! They seem magical and would be a good recipe to practice for Valentines Day

Jo Bauer

Alfredo sauce that doesn't break 😭

Alanna

I second the chili and soup suggestions! I don’t have any strong feelings either way for stew. I’m actually, just now, realizing that I don’t know how or why it’s differentiated from soup…

Alanna

This comes because I’ve been curious and looking into the use cases for different types of bread. There are several examples of overwhelming options of basic items at the grocery store: leafy greens, herbs, tomatoes, potatoes, cold cuts, meat cuts, oils, vinegars, pasta, flour, sugar, butter, cheese, milk/cream, etc. Maybe a bread recipe epi, could go into different types of breads, or a grilled cheese epi goes into different types of cheese. Or perhaps some episodes are not recipe focused, but a deep dive into one of your fav ingredients and various ways to use it.

Patronofchaos

IF I DONT GET YOUR PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE RECIPE 👊👊👊👊

DingleDangleNootNoot

To me, soups are generally more liquid-y, and the more stuff you add to the liquid-iness eventually passes a specific threshold that is specific to everyone, and it becomes a stew. To fully be a stew (in my biased eyes) the sauce/gravy/liquid that surrounds the potatoes, beef, etc. needs to be more on the "clinging to the surface of" the aforementioned ingredients. Man I hope that made sense to anyone else but me lmao Anyway I third the chili or stew ideas, and also a long time ago I found people's favourite "secret ingredients" were; coffee grounds, chocolate, whiskey/ cognac, wine. I now add all of them every time

Althea H

Latkes! And the different things Mrs P puts in them 🥺

Svet ✨

- Latkes - Scrapple - Pierogis - Pancakes - Shoofly pie - Manicotti - Bagels

Demolition Dormouse

• Basic mashed potatoes and how to fancy them up (roasted garlic, ranch, etc). • Another vote for Chili • Ground Beef Tacos • Omelets • Another vote for grilled cheese (the trick to garlic grilled cheese is mixing grated garlic with mayo to spread on the outside of the bread, then frying it up in butter).

CassCreatesAction

I think since we are in the midst of sick season that Chicken Soup would be an excellent choice. Mashed potatoes are another good option.

Amelia SanFilippo

Since he only knows microwave mac and cheese, I think a good baked mac and cheese would be fitting

Dean Denton

Chicken Parmesean or italian chicken cutlets

As simple as this sounds: whipped cream. Maybe some cheesecake to go with it?? 👀

Nixie

Catholic School Trauma Queen

-Brownies -Spaghetti sauce -sloppy joes -pancakes -breakfast sandwich And maybe something involving a slow cooker?

Rachel Clement

Scalloped potatoes, it would be funny if you did scrambled eggs or a dippy egg, baked ziti could be a good one, salmon, or maybe like a pot roast - I still need to figure out how I wanna make a pot roast, you could also teach him how to make a homemade cheesesteak

Plz just hit the air horn for my name

Mac. And. Cheese. I rest my case. But I also feel I would get mad bc I make it in such a specific way and I’m convinced mine is literally the best

snelly

Bubsey_Wubsey_Has_No_Hair

A good chocolate cake, regular or gluten free (your choice, but I want you to be able to enjoy it). Icing/frosting is required. Because cake without icing is just a muffin, muffins are healthy and 2025 is not the year for that bullshit.

MatchaParty

How to make a good healthy meal for cheap. I have a feeling people may need to ration soon

Tyler Kern

Chicken noodles soup

Lee shea

Your favorite casserole

Chicken and dumplings is also a very easy staple at my house! Takes me like 30 min to make unless I go hard mode w my own stock

review_of_academic_reviews

We use buttermilk and a cast iron at my house and call that pine aka poor man’s bread. It’s basically a giant drop biscuit

review_of_academic_reviews

Banana bread bc I suck at it and I have like 85 ripe bananas in my freezer rn I need to use for something

m

Pierogi!

Jessipoot

Oh we’ve been rationing over here. 😂 we never buy meat.

Bubsey_Wubsey_Has_No_Hair

I’ve made a really good chocolate chip muffin with a regular chocolate cake mix, chocolate chips, and a can of pumpkin. No eggs, no oil, no water or anything else. Just plain pumpkin from a can. It was so good

Vibin’ in the mind palace

Some quick, easy meals. I could definitely use more ideas for when my cooking motivation is low. Love these episodes! 🎉

AphillyatedJawn215

Some Spanish food would be dope to see yall cook maybe something from Puerto Rico to show appreciation to the island since there going through a lot these days

A_Tired_Librarian

I recently tried making stove top rice and I got it half perfectly cooked and half under cooked 😂 idk how it happened. So I second the motion for stove top rice.

✨Ariel✨from✨Footloose✨

The food moron/idiot shows remind me of when we were in school and had to write (in as much detail as possible) instructions on how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich 😄 and how the teachers would do exactly what we would write and needless to say, none were detailed enough! My suggestion for a recipe would be fudge! I know that’s more of a Christmasy treat, but it could also be used to make a Valentine gift! Fudge is so versatile too! When you know the basic recipe, the kinds you can make are endless!

holly!

Coming back to this and requesting mashed potatoes! I’m making them from scratch and thought of how Mr. P would react to making them!

Jane Lynn Chora

Red wine short ribs! Winter comfort food, but seems bougie😁😝🤷‍♀️😋

Dan

A good pasta because I bet Mrs. P has a specific way to boil pasta

Brittany D

Good warm soup recipes! Also the recipes where you have like 10 different veggies altogether in a burrito and actually work great

All Glory to the Hypno Toad

OOOOOOHHH... I have only heard about this PA dish from rumor and legend.... How do you make scrapple?
