Lost Strip: 2004, Vlad's Prank Phone Call (Patreon)

I seem to run across old strips that never got finished every time I dip into the archive for some artwork. I found this script dialogue mostly paced out in a layout a couple days ago, dropped in period-appropriate characters (you can usually date a strip by how high on his face Ray's glasses are) and poses, and away it goes. The filename shares a date with this Waterbury strip.

I think the original canon just got a little bigger.
