Hellllllo Everyone!!

Fall has arrived, and the crisp, cool air bites! I do love wearing a cozy hoodie and not boiling to death in my studio watching movies - but I do miss summer! I can't believe it's 11 weeks until Christmas and another year passing by so quickly, but for now, we are going to cozy into the Spooky Season, and boy am I excited! Hope everyone is keeping well! I have been loving reading through all the comments each week! It makes my day to learn about your thoughts on a film and fun facts! FYI: The Poll Winner and runner-up from the Halloween Poll will be featured in the 2 next weeks!

Cheers to another week! Here's the Line up!

TNG Tuesday - S3xE9 "The Vengeance Factor" ooooff ... all I'll say.

Wednesday - My pick! Scary Movie (2000) I don't think I've laughed this hard in a while!

Thursday - Scary Movie YT Edit

AFI Friday - Sunset Blvd (1950) I skipped ahead on the AFI list! It did well on the poll, and I heard the vibes would fit well into the spooky season - and they were right! It also came in 3rd in one of the last polls, so why not! I feel like William Holden has now been solidified in my brain, I kept forgetting I had seen him before tbh 😅 I think this my favourite from him so far!

Gunna try to get a LIVE hangout soon! I owe ya'll! I apologize for not having one sooner! Life has been a bit hectic! I'll give ya'll a heads up!

Means the world to me to have you here!

xx

Just sayin. I thoroughly enjoyed your 2001 reaction.. Ok.. I was a lil stoned too. But having someone there to watch it with who did it with such joy. 🤌

Nothing better in the fall then to curl up in a hoody and watch some TNG.

Whoah! Oh man, I'm so psyched for Sunset Blvd! I was actually hoping we'd hit this one before one of the other AFIs, ha! Man oh man, on fire! PS: Looking forward to Scary Movie, too....I've never seen it!

William Holden. Unless I’m mistaken you’ve seen him in Bridge on the River Kwai The Wild Bunch Network And now Sunset Boulevard I hope one day you’ll be able to say the same for Sabrina Executive Suite Stalag 17 Paris When it Sizzles The Earthling The Bridges at Toko-Ri Born Yesterday I’m sure I’m missing something.

OMG!! SHE REMEMBERED BILL HOLDEN!!! It's a spooky season miracle!

Marshmallow Venom (실리콘 밸리)

Sunset Boulevard is my favorite movie from my favorite director, Billy Wilder. It was the first movie of his I ever saw and has one of the most unforgettable performances in film history, by Gloria Swanson. A big chunk of time has already been reserved for Friday!

John T. Williams

Another William Holden classic is "Picnic" with Kim Novac (Hitchcock: "Vertigo"). The dance scene — set to the tune of “Moonglow” — became one of the most iconic and sensual moments in 1950s cinema.

Happy Thanksgiving. My name is Ken. I just recently discovered the entire concept of watching someone else react to movies. Your reactions are my favorite. They are genuine and honest, and seemingly come from someone with film knowledge. I am a lifelong film buff myself - now retired. Just giving you a "heads up" that "The Best Years of Our Lives" is probably my favorite Hollywood film of all time. Flawless. I hope you appreciate it as much as I do.
