Janeway knows

Not the best episode, transport her to the Enterprise brig. My ideal away team is Bev, Data, Geordi, and Worf

"Rock on." Not a top episode for me but aspects are interesting.

Oh no. I think this is one of those episodes I skip when I rewatch TNG, yet I didn't know why I did it. Just some subconscious memory that it wasn't the best one. I looked up a review to jog my memory, and it turns out that it's one of those episodes where the characters behave so contrary to how you think they should, that you have to repress the memory of the episode to preserve your fondness of the show.

The Defector is next!!

Preaching to the Horse's Mouth

Is there some way to stun Yuta and incapacitate her without killing her? Technically, yes. The show has shown us repeatedly that that's something we can do, or that we could find another way to stop her. One of the challenges the ST writers face is to find ways to work around all this marvelous technology that we have, otherwise each episode's problem would often be too easy to solve. Often they come up with an reason why something can't be done but barring that we just have to chalk it up to "tv logic" and understand that that's what needed to be done to tell the story we wanted to tell. A solid episode. Not amazeballs or anything but a good, reliable, workaday episode of Trek. Next episode fucking slaps so I'm definitely excited for that. Can't wait until then, see you next time, A🖖

With regard to my fave away team: - Data, he opens doors even Klingons can't open. - Worf, to overreact to any situation. - Geordi, to see things only a blind man can see. - 'Rikey', to spot attractive female aliens.

The cold open is superb and the music is great for the whole episode. I enjoyed your reaction Ames

I checked with the Google machine and saw that the person who wrote this episode only wrote the one episode for TNG. That is probably why the characters seem a bit off.
