This episode is a little silly. That said, it is genuinely hilarious when Picard bitterly realizes the meaning of the statue that Riker gave him.

You can get paramount in the prime app now. We'll here we can, assuming there too. Thats how i watch. When signed up that way you can also get into the standalone app, which ever works best. Riker is a sly one! Def a wingman! How long till you start wearing a wild jersey?

I love this episode. It’s fun, it’s sexy, I LOVE Vash. Is it filler? Yes. But it’s light and breezy and considering what’s coming, that’s important. You missed the earlier episode that had Deanna’s mother. She’s a trip.

I'm finally here. I'm catching up on episodes and having so much fun! I saw all but 6 episodes when aired from 1986 thru 1994...had to go to Grateful Dead shows..lol.. You have so much to watch, but I hope you do ST DS9 after. The writing becomes insanely good at end of season one..and you will love a few of the characters.

I very much like this episode. Nice to have a break with a Picard romance (fling) - seeing Picard get some action. Risa an awesome place with a lot of skin. Vash is beautiful. That is so Riker to setup Picard with the horga'hn. I love that about Riker. Also, when he said, "Have I mentioned how imaginative the Risian women are?" I subscribed to Paramount+ 4 yrs ago to watch Picard series. Since then, any Trek I watch, I watch on Paramount+. Syncing w/your TNG stream on Netflx wasn't perfect but was easy. Now, with you streaming on Paramount+, the sync is exact.

Such a fun episode. I love that we can get episodes like this. In a 12 (then, 10, 8, now 6 episode season), we'd never get this episode. Gossip Column Patrick Stewart and Jennifer Hetrick met around this time (presumably with this episode) and started dating after his divorce from his first wife. I would say a lot of the on-screen chemistry was more real than scripted and definitely helped make this episode fun. The Picard Maneuver 1. (Canon): Desperate tactic where the ship jumps briefly to high warp but stops almost instantly at the enemy ship's bow briefly appearing in two places at once. (USS Stargazer NCC-2893 during the Battle of Maxia. See: S1E9, "The Battle.") 2. (Fan Canon): The early uniforms didn't fit well and rode up. Stewart frequently employed this move while standing up or sitting down and tugging his uniform to straighten it out. I believe S1E9 is the first appearance of this maneuver. 3. (Head Canon): When Picard pulls the covers completely away from Vash and forces her to pull them back and move closer. (Hey, it worked!)

Yannick, from Montréal

Ames, if you want to follow a def that's going to be probably as great as Quinn, you should switch to Lane Hutson (being myself from Montréal, I'm sure you understand ;-) ) Jokes aside, I really like your take on TNG and all Star Trek... Looking forward to all the seasons to come!
