Hey Everyone!!!

Hope you all had a wonderful Easter!🩷🐣🐰 I spent mine hanging out on the couch, keeping the amazing astronauts company while being sick (again)! It's been so cool getting to watch the live stream of them on this incredible journey! I'm HOOKED! I love space even though it breaks my brain!

I wanted to pay tribute to the moon mission this week, so here's the schedule!

TNG Tuesday - S4xE10 "The Loss" (or what I might jokingly call "The B!tch")🙈

Friday - Apollo 13 (1995). I couldn't help myself...I haven't seen this movie since Science 10, and I can't wait to revisit it in honour of the incredible Artemis II mission and these amazing astronauts: Wiseman, Glover, Koch, and Hansen! They are my new HERO'S!

Saturday - Poll Winner: Clue (1985)! WOW, that poll was rockin'! So many comedies I have to get to. It's gonna be so fun watching them with you all!

We’ve also got the YT edit, Beverly Hills Cop, and the Classics Pre-1980s poll coming this week! We'll continue with the AFI once I’m feeling better, plus some other classic choices from me throughout the month!

Thanks for being here, eh! It means a lot to me!!

Love you to the moon and back

xx

Well Ames since you love space have you seen The Right Stuff (1983)? It's about the early US space program.

Feel better, that sucks! But perfect week to revisit Apollo 13! Definitely in the mood, just watching some of the Artemis stuff over the last hour! (I also second all of the inevitable "Right Stuff" recommendations you're going to get.......I always say if you like Apollo 13, you're gonna love The Right Stuff!) (Think of it as the prequel!). Clue's got a great cast. Plus you got a rockin' poll going over on the pre-80s classics! High five!

Preaching to the Horse's Mouth

Every Star Trek fan in the chat is going to look at me sideways for saying this, but I've been looking forward to this one.

Neat week coming up! Congrats to Artemis II 🥇🚀🚀🚀

Apollo 13?!?! God I love that movie, super excited for that reaction

If you want to learn about the Apollo program, you owe it to yourself to watch the HBO miniseries "From the Earth to the Moon". It's a wonderful 12-episode docudrama hosted (and co-produced) by Tom Hanks, with an excellent cast, gripping stories, great writing, and A+ production quality. Plus, when you are done, you will know more about spaceflight than 99% of the population! Nearly every time someone reacts to "Apollo 13" or "The Right Stuff", they say how interesting space is. I believe they are sincere, yet I've never been able to convince anyone to react to "From the Earth to the Moon". Please be the first!

As recommend if you want to know more about the Apollo program watch HBO miniseries "From the Earth to the Moon". (1998) it is Largely based on Andrew Chaikin's 1994 book, A Man on the Moon. great book, I have met Andrew as we talked about the Apollo program.

I was definitely hoping Robin Hood: Men in Tights would clutch the win (it was almost 2nd!). Clue should be fun though!

Oh my Lord. I have to wait all the way until Saturday for Clue? What if I die, get kidnapped, or go to jail before then?!?What if I get kicked off of Patreon before Saturday for going on one of those “what if…?” rants?! What if…
