Lo goes to Connor a lot for advice, is there any friendship or family pairing that resembles that dynamic. Maybe Sulli at the beginning asking Beckett about polyamory? Are there any other examples?

Idk if it's really related or maybe it's a bit spoilery but in the Troublemakers Fireside chat Tom and Eliot say that Charlie never does anything for them and Luna wonders if they ever asked for his help. Then Luna asks Charlie to help her get in the tour bus, so were those two conversations related? Was that a way for Luna to give Charlie a chance?

Would you say Xander and Kinney mirror Lily and Rose’s sibling relationship? Xander has often been compared to Lily when it comes to his depression and anxiety and I think Lily has said before that she wishes he was less like her in this sense, Kinney has always idolised rose and is very protective of Xander like Rose has always been to Lily. How far do you agree with this? Does Xander and Kinney’s relationship differ from Lily and Rose’s? Do Lily and Rose see this parallel too or ever see themselves in Xander and Kinney?

I’ve always thought Lily and Luna’s personalities were very similar and the same goes for Rose and Kinney, but whereas Lily and Rose are very close, Luna has said in “Misfits like us” that her and Kinney often clashed, and on the day of Lo’s Halloween birthday party when Kinney invited Luna up into that attic Luna was so surprised that she thought Kinney had texted the wrong person. Why is it that Kinney and Luna’s relationship is so different from Rose and Lily’s? Did something happen between Luna and Kinney in the past that caused a rift between them, or did they just never click? Will we learn more about their relationship in “Unlucky like us”? I hope they get closer in the future.

I’m not sure how much of their bond Connor sees- but if he’s seen enough, and since he’s very perceptive, does he see the similarities between Luna and Charlie’s relationship with his and Lily’s? Charlie’s fanfic editing mirroring Connors tutoring and both of them being skeptical of Luna+Lily’s fantastical ideas but ultimately relenting and letting them be whoever they are. I’ve always found Lily and Connor’s dynamic interesting and seeing it mirrored with Charlie and Luna has been so cool- will we get more of them in Unlucky Like Us or not much- I understand it may not be relevant to the plot.

I had a lot of fun thinking about this topic! :) Note: I understand that this question might not fall within the set parameters of the prompt — so I understand if you’re unable to answer! 🤎 Tom is one of my favorite characters — and as I was brainstorming questions for this topic — I realized that his friendships don’t particularly parallel the Core 8 / other friendship groups that are featured in the “Addicted” series. It’s possible that I’m overlooking something though, so I was wondering if you see any parallels within Tom’s friendship groups & the “Addicted” friendship groups? Or do you perhaps think that his relationships parallel any characters, or groups, from any of your other series (“AE”, etc.)? Apologies for taking some liberties with the prompt! I just love getting little Tom info snippets during these podcast episodes! :) 🤎

i love daisy & connor’s friendship bc both seem to have a good understanding of each other + connor’s always heard daisy’s voice. connor has also said that daisy is really good at reading people like connor can. is there a like us friendship equivalent of connor & daisy?

Hehe I love this! Tom’s such an interesting character to me and I always love getting bits of new info about him! One reason why I think it’s hard to find a parallel for Tom is that he’s a bit unlucky (😉) in love — his crush “doesn’t know” he exists, plus he had his crush on Farrow… I wonder if we are going to see Tom’s romance parallel any relationships of the Core 8 or if we’ll get something brand new!! 🩷🩷

We’ve seen Vada hack the Cobalts security cams , it reminded me of when Garrison had done something similar when Daisy ex-friends kept trying to contact her . Will we see Vada do something similar in the future for the like us kids ?

Connor is proud of Ryke and even has Rykes climbing picture in his office, would Charlie and Ben ever openly celebrate each other and their achievements like Connor and Ryke do? Obviously beckett and donnelly are on the rocks right now but while they were at their closest, who would you say they were the most like? I feel like they seemed to have the closeness and openness of connor and lo (especially with the fact that donnelly knew SO much about becketts sex life lol) and donnelly did seem to idolize beckett (since hes a cobalt) in a similar way to lo with connor. But also connor and lo have the flirty bromance thing that im not sure beckett and donelly had.
