May Draw-along Feedback Video (Patreon)

Thank you to members Chantal and Stuart for submitting their artwork for feedback.

This is honestly one of my favourite things to do! To draw over artists' sketches with the aim of helping them push their drawings more and highlight potential areas for improvement.

I'm lucky enough to know both of these people IRL, so I know their drawing history, which makes it really easy to talk about their work.

They both did great studies of this VERY challenging pose reference.

Check out the video above to see their wonderful gestures and my tips. You might just find something that helps you too.

Drawover notes below:

Disclaimer: I did my gesture after I did the feedback for Chantal and Stuart, so I had an unfair advantage. Having looked at and studied the reference and learned from their versions.

Hope to see more of your work in the next Draw-along challenge!

If you want to submit reference for June's challenge, message me!
