I think you forgot suki vs azlua, the 3 girls at the end were mai, ty lee all dressed up in disguse

Not so much that I forgot them. Believe it or not, when they mentioned three girls showing up, I did think of the three of them, just not in disguise. But then they mentioned Suki, so I kind of rolled with it in the moment. That said, I’d argue it wasn’t super obvious, so in the future, it might be better not to confirm things like that outright. Now I know it wasn’t Suki, so it kind of ruins the surprise that I would have experienced.

Ok so the cartoon never does go into detail about what happened to zuko’s mother. Fans only know what happened to her thanks to novels and comics. After she left the fire nation she found the spirit ko, the face stealer from the end of last season. With his help she swapped her face and got rid of her memories

The avatar series is very deliberate with any scenes regarding azula. I guess you haven’t realized she lowkey has her own ost whenever she pops up. Every time she pops up the ost takes a turn. Giving us a more serious tone

Gotcha. I probably picked up on it but didnt associate with her. Probably thought it was to set the mood. I'm not use to Western animation characters getting their own theme like tokusatsu and anime. Lmao

It’s kind of crazy how the group just took down all those earth soldiers without that much trouble. It goes to show how skilled they all are with their elements plus Aang’s first bits of earthbending…he’s still VERY angry with Long Feng about Appa.
