Well, I think we all saw that coming with Minongan. XD I said it in the intro and I’ll say it again after watching both episodes: Racles is easily one of my favorite characters in all the Super Sentai I’ve watched so far.

Just got to the reveal so idk if you put it together later but now you know why Gira was the only one who was able to transform on Earth, foreshadowing 🙂‍↕️ Also the blade glowed after absorbing his blood because that’s the requirement for transforming into Ohkuwagata that we see in Racles’ special

From the way he looked while telling Racules that Gira was a tool, I think the father did care for Gira, it seemed more like he was trying to convince himself rather than Racules. Gira’s ability to communicate with the Shugods & his immortality were from Dugded but when they all were sent to earth his being able to transform while the others couldn't was due to Kuwagata’s soul being within him.

That’s fair. We may never know for sure. That was some great foreshadowing with the gem being inside him and him being able to henshin on Earth. Layered writing like that is just so good.

Now that we’ve got confirmation, it’s cool to look back and hear people were already theorizing it. Thing is, it wasn’t confirmed until now that he avoided the vital organs on purpose, so there wasn’t really solid evidence back then. It would’ve just been a theory. But maybe I’m misunderstanding. I agree the small details are amazing.

I agree it’s foreshadowing, but I don’t think those lines are solid enough evidence to be sure he was a good guy that early on. To me, it would’ve just been a theory at that point that happened to turn out true. Which is different from actually “catching on” that quickly. I'm just hung up on the phrasing. Sorry. Lol.

That's a fair assumption. These episodes for sure didn't disappoint. I hope he gets his chance to fight alongside them in the coming episodes.

I think the king did care for Gira that's why he ask if Gira like the Rainbow Jururira or not since it was Gira's last meal. Also when he said "He wish to protect his family too" I think he means he also want to protect his family but as a king he have to sacrifice his family for the people.

That’s fair. I just interpreted it differently. At the end of the day, we wouldn’t really know unless we got more scenes of them interacting.

2026-10-17 21:00 Shugoddom symbol is the crown-lance itself, allowing them to harness the power of shugods. Basically, whenever Gira turn into king kuwagata ohger, he's using the symbol power. At the start of the show only shugoddom and gokkan had knowledge about their symbol power, while for the other three countries they're more or less treat them as ritualistic trinket.

Gotcha. Kind of crazy that Shugoddom gets a new format and the others get elements so far. I cant wait to see the others' powers.
