Alright, I'd hoped to have this done to put out with the chapters yesterday, but ran out of time. So...a day later, it's now an 'extra' ;-). It's been a fair while, in-story, since we've seen all the characters' stat blocks. In fact, we haven't seen anyone but Yamato's since Skypiea! They've had a couple of adventures and a serious training montage or two since then, so...updated stat blocks ahoy!

You'll note, of course, if you compare them to the post-Skypiea stats, that the lower the level they were the more they tended to grow. Law of diminishing returns, as it were. For Luffy or Yamato, it's hard to get another level of badass. For someone like Vivi, on the other hand, it's relatively easy as she has plenty of options in what to train to get stronger still available.

New statblocks attached as a PDF!

Thanks! Btw, how come Luffy is 18? Shouldn't he technically still be 17 for a while yet? In the manga his journey started right when he turned 17 and the Strawhats' journey to Sabaody definitely didn't take an entire year.

Oh and Sanji's Dexterity used to be 98, and it is now only 95. And isn't Sanji's dexterity supposed to be pretty high along with his high strength? His fighting style consists of high kicks, splits, summersaults, etc.

Camille

For Robin's Relationship to Gamer, "She still fears that her luck will come back to haunt not only herself, but her faith in the strength of those with her is starting to shake off old fears." is an incomplete sentence in the middle. (I hope these comments are helpful instead of annoying lol)

Final comments: 1. There is a typo for Pagaya: "Crysal Tech Tinkering" should be "Crystal". 2. For Yamato, you haven't updated her bounty to 450 mil. 3. You haven't added the WG Issued Bounties for either Robin or Hina.

Actually, we don't really have a solid timeline for how long they spent in places like the East Blue. I actually believe I addressed this in an author's note at one point, though. I fiddled with Luffy's age slightly in order to eliminate any issues with the smut content and Patreon. It's only a very minor amount, with me having him age up to 18 right about the time he and Nami finally 'got together' in Loguetown. Really only a few months difference, at most.

Novus's Fanfiction Works

This one was intentional. Note how massive his strength jump was between the two. He focused on power to the exclusion of almost everything else, in an attempt to close the gap between him and some of the other fighters. That much muscle development without a specific counterbalance tends to come at the cost of something else. Since his fighting style is reasonable dexterous, it didn't lose a LOT of dex, but he did lose some. At least for now.

Concerning the canon timeline, what we do know is that after a complete 2 year time skip Luffy was still 19 and not 20 so their journey up to Sabaody was definitely less than a year long. But since this is an author's choice for smut content then that makes sense no problem.

Camille

Ah that makes a lot of sense! Thanks for clearing that up :) I'm really happy Sanji gained 9 levels which is the most out of all the crew except for Kaya's 12. He is slowly catching up to the combat powerhouses of the crew which is satisfying. Even if he never quite reaches Luffy, Yamato, Kuina and Zoro, it would be nice for him to be equal or even slightly above Nojiko eventually.

Novus's Fanfiction Works

*shrug* Actually, so far as I know, we don't know that. Oda doesn't ever give dates, aside from the one two year timeskip, and I don't think it's ever stated in-story that he's 19 after the timeskip. That's just people applying assumptions and math to the one starting age we do have for him. I could be wrong about that, though.

Novus's Fanfiction Works

Yep :-). While a lot of people reacted poorly to me originally commenting that he'd probably never quite catch up to the top few, that wasn't because he's not a powerhouse in his own right. I'm trying to give him the credit he's due. The only reason he might never quite catch them is because they aren't sitting still and he started at a larger deficit then in canon due to Luffy, Kuina, and Zoro's early training.

How high can someone's skills get? Originally I thought I saw you mention somewhere that skills cap at around 150, and if that's true then Chopper's medicine skill is getting real close to that. Also if only using swords are Luffy and Zoro equal, or is that skill also accounting for Luffy using an offhand weapon?

Gscruiser

Any plans on using the free points he has lying around? I figure Luffy would be using them to boost the harder to earn stats like Luck or Wisdom

Novus's Fanfiction Works

He's not currently inclined to use them as free points are getting extremely hard to com by. His leveling has slowed down greatly on the Grand Line, with the only reason he got a decent jump this time being the fight with Doffy, regular training with Yamato, and the fight with T-Bone all coming pretty fast back-to-back. As a result, he's a little reluctant to spend them, though will spend most of them before the big upcoming fight. He knows better than to hold off if they'll give him that little edge he might need.

So, becoming a Master of a skill in the regular sense happens at 100. That's the cap that a normal person will struggle to reach after a lifetime. Any skill PAST 100 starts becoming the realm of legendary masters. While there isn't a true hard cap, practically the highest level skills in the world are likely sitting in the 170s. Those are people like Whitebeard and Garp. Just having a skill, any skill, over 100 already makes you exceptional. Hitting 150 likely makes you the best in the world...unless an existing monster like Garp or Whitebeard happens to share your skills. Note that this doesn't apply to stats, only skills. Stats can be pushed higher by pure will and training, along with Race or Devil Fruits. Yamato's stats, for example, are ridiculous because she's not human, her race giving her a massive baseline boost. But someone like Garp would still out muscle her. At the top level, things start getting verrrrryy blurry, since skills, stats, Haki, DFs, and more all start compounding to make it so the highest level fighters might not actually have the highest stats or skills. Creativity, tactics, and strategy aren't included within any skill, after all.
