I think Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein monster would be a good contender.

Try the Shambler from Darkest Dungeon. It's like a less overpowered version of the creature with the same name from Lovecraftian lore. It jumps between dimensions through shadows. It's like an animal, attacking with bites and tentacles. It summons little tentacle plants that attack you as well. Could work.

The Major

Would be cool to have Cassidy from Preacher. The vampires from the Lost Boys would also be dope.
