Really enjoying this series... but something with Daemon at the Haunted House gotta give! We know there will be a pay off moment.... just waiting!

The politics are heating up! Rhaenyra's out here slapping folk when they talk crazy!

Hopefully before the Season ends we will get some answers for Daemon bc it seems like that would be the biggest W for Team Black, and we hope that we get more sibling tension with Aemond and Aegon. Also Otto, where you at? Why aren't you answering either!

I didn't love this episode. The series is still great but boy am I ready for something more interesting to happen!

For the people saying it's too slow i do understand cause we only have 8 episodes this season, ill just keep saying to trust the process for the story as a whole and realize that these scenes are important like even the mysaria stuff im pretty sure is actually really good set up for end of the show stuff and the next two episodes will really determine the daemon storyline but personally i enjoy it.

The new tapestry shows the two dragons, Sunfyre (golden with pink wings) and Meleys (the Red Queen) fighting with Aemond (or Aegon if history books are dictating the story) in the middle. One thing I remember from GOT (especially in earlier seasons) was that there were plenty of what I thought were “slow episodes” that turned out to set up for future events. I have to trust that the same is going on here, and I found this particular episode interesting. But I am SOOO ready for Daemon to wrap it up at the Spooky Mansion.

I just hope they are going somewhere with the "Daemon's dark visions" thing and they get there soon. We get it, he's being haunted by dark visions. And they only seem to show that he is being haunted, they don't really seem to mean much... it's getting a bit repetitive.

TheAnimeJunkie

I actually think these ones were the most telling so far. This is making him realize his love for his family and how he has let them all down repeatedly. He is also realizing that he can't be the King since he dosent have the love of the people or the temperament like his brother and wife. It has taken way too long to get here, but I think this will have him coming out a better person.

I❤️movies&tvshows

This season was supposed to be 10 episodes and HBO cut to 8 for budget reasons. That’s why with only 2 episodes left the show seems weird. Think of this as episode 6 in a 10 episode series rather than episode 6 in an 8 episode series. To help understand the pacing of the season. The eventful 9 and 10 we are used to was moved to season 3 but there are still some great things happening in the last two. Loved the reaction! You guys always do a great job keeping us entertained.

Jesse Lee

Miss Rivers seems to be giving Daemon specific visions to help him through his inner demons that have caused him up to this point to make terrible, rash and ultimately self-destructive decisions. I believe she's shaping him into a better man because she sees the future and sees that he needs to defeat his inner demons to eventually rejoin Rhaenyra and play his part in the war. That's my take.

Jesse Lee

It feels like they're building up a 1 Vs. 4 or 5 fight against Vhagar for the finale.

Tyrone Bigguns

See, the thing is he went to Harrenhal in the first place to play his part in the war. She isn't convincing him to do anything different. That's why it seems like they aren't really going anywhere with it to me... but it's a minor complaint, love the show.

Amy Donelson

hes being tortured by his guilt, its important for his character development. I personally love this because its giving us his internal conflicts and how hes dealing with them.

Flexorcist

I feel the opening confirms that it is Heleana who is weaving it. The death of Meleys/Rhaenys did not get included until news reached KL.

Ljh

Seasmoke was Laenors dragon and Rhaenyra has mentioned Seasmoke misses the bond with his rider. Now Laenors half brother is his rider. Maybe it senses Laenor in Addam.

Chris

Larys's little speech to Aegon is wasted on a moron.

Murthag

I‘m glad the Reviews for this episode are reflecting my feelings about it, the writing was not that strong and the acting of all the secondary characters wasn‘t great either. Also I don’t know why but I just don’t like Mysaria, I‘m not sure if it‘s the actress or the character, but she just feels off. Also does Rhaenyra have any boundaries, now she‘s making out with her husband-uncle‘s ex-lover. Still hyped for the rest of the series tho!

Darth Sidious

Well it seems like he did decide to fight for the throne himself and maybe that’s what alys is pushing daemon away from? Like at first I thought him deciding to call himself king etc. was the visions but from the second he walked in and he told Simon to call him your grace its clear he came to the castle with that mindset and alys is maybe giving him therapy to change his mind lol 💀😭 but why is yet to be seen obviously

Katie Thomas

It’s definitely the same actor playing the Lannister twins in this show. Everyone was so excited at the beginning of the series because he also played Sir Hugh of the Vale in the first season of GoT

Katie Thomas

And I’m honestly over the Daemon in Harrenhal storyline. I don’t mind or care about Rhaenyra and Mysaria but it honestly is an unnecessary addition to the plot by the writers. I get it but it feels a little like filler to drag out the story. There’s tons of really exciting events that are canonical that they could be getting to instead of this. I really like this show and am trying hard not to compare it to Fire & Blood but it’s honestly getting kinda hard not to at this point. Imma keep watching tho

Katie Thomas

As much as I love queer representation, the kissing felt completely unnecessary to add to the story. She’s lonely, someone sees her for who she is, Daemon might never come back - I get it. But that time would have been better spent watching Addam actually mount Seasmoke

Murthag

Yeah a genuine, long and supporting hug would have done a way better job IMO :)

TheOctobers

but i liked it, it gave me ill have your back bc we crippled together, ill cut all the tongues out for you. it added but yeah if aegon is the same aegon waste of time!

TheOctobers

so laenor is just never coming back? as a viewer get the idea outta here? bc i just genuinely felt like its been looking for him or something and i feel like he will come back when we forget lol

TheOctobers

i think thought it is long it’ll pay off! if not lol atleast we got to see harrenhal when rats aren’t eating your stomach out lol

Tyrone Bigguns

I assume there will be more to that substory, because - yeah - if it was just that random make out session, it would be really weird.

Tyrone Bigguns

im with you on that. every time i see him walking down some dark hallway im instantly bored, lol.

Ljh

Not sure if he's coming back. Didn't read the book. That'd be cool if he did though.

TheAluminumMonster

And what do we say to the god of good writing? George RR Martin: Not today.

TheAluminumMonster

It’s the actresses terrible accent. I often find myself mocking her voice in day to day life. The meatball sub, will displease my queen greatly. Turkey and Swiss, is de only wey to free de peeple. -Mysaria at subway.
