I wish you felt more free to tell us who you hate. It sucks you get so much negative feedback. I mean we come here for reactions and opinions, at least I do. So yeah, hate on Gregory or Jesus or Maggie or whoever. I mean I hate Rick. I think Andrew Lincoln is a terrible actor lol. People should be able to express their opinions. Its just a show. At this point the only word for Morgan is fool. He saw what the wolves did after he decided to let them go and the guy knocked him out after he slammed Carol on the ground, and instead of learning from that , he proposes to "Give a way out" to people who attacked members of the group already for no reason and they also did say they usually kill someone for an introduction when they ran into Abraham/Sasha/Daryl. If he wants to live that way, it's fine but when you're apart of a community and there's an imminent threat, you have to fight in this world

Killing people takes something out of every one of them, and it’s clear that carol hates how hard it has made her. And with each kill, it hardens something more and more in her. And I think especially after Sam, she hates that side of herself. And justified or not, I think the blatant casual killing they’ve had to do, and how it’s become so easy for her.. mentally takes a toll.

Sasha didn't want to have a relationship with Abraham because he was already in a relationship with Rosita. That's why she was switching shift and told him he had things to take care of. I sorta saw them implying a relationship together when they were stuck together waiting for Daryl to find them and even before then as they were leading the walkers away in the car at the start of the season, but the chemistry never really felt like much imo. The show definitely implied the chemistry and flirting was there before these episodes though. There was just a lot of other things happening that overshadowed their feelings developing.

Same boat is one of my fav episodes. Carol IS actually struggling. She doesn't want to become what the saviors are. Carol is good at killing, but she doesn't want to be that. Or she wants to find a balance. Its very interesting character development.

Well acting ability is subjective, so my opinion is not incorrect from my viewpoint. Rick is incredibly cringe at some points. When he finds out Lori is dead and is crying to Carl? Embarrassingly hilarious. He's just one of my least favorite protagonists of any media. He certainly has good moments, I just personally don't like him. And it's just a show. Its not a big deal. If you enjoy him, I totally get it. Its different tastes for different people. Jon Snow in Game of Thrones? Hate him. He's definitely much better in the books, but show Jon Snow is awful. Different view points are a wonderful thing and thats why I like reaction channels.

Agree! I feel that they do that a lot. Just hint a few at things and kind of expect us to understand that it was more intense than what they showed. I feel that way about the food situation at the start of 6x10 after a few rewatches I come to understand that we're supposed to believe that they are starving and have been for 2 months so helping Jesus and his group for food is their only option at the moment but they only kind of hint at it they don't really show scenes where you will understand how out of food they are. Or maybe its the fact that they have pretty houses and live in that nice place that sidetracks us from their current food situation.

The thing with TWD is that the story is *NOT* that clever or complicated. Most characters encountered can be taken more or less at face value other than a few and those few are obviously bad people. You've already met the most duplicitous character for the rest of the series. Not sure about Maggie hate in this season but there's definitely a reason people don't like her Season 8 onwards. Gregory is a dbag but I wouldn't call it a red flag that he doesn't want mud and dirt all over the building - it's a historical landmark and as far as he's concerned, the world will get back on track. I don't want to spoil anything but Gregory is one of the few characters I'd be surprised about if people defended him. He definitely sucks. Paul did nothing wrong other than losing the truck with his shenanigans. Remember what Tony said at 35:23 though lol keep that in mind.

I feel like they referenced the food scarcity a lot more than the relationship tbh lol. Even before Deanna was gone, people were trying to steal food from the pantry. I think the reason it just doesn't come across is that it's mostly people vaguely mentioned hunger or low supplies instead of actually showing people eating small portions or kids asking for food looking sad etc. They definitely could have leaned into that a bit more, but they were leaning into action/danger more.

lol, the commentary is killing me on this one. When Mrs. O said “he dropped a 4 pack real quick” I died. And Mr O, I feel you on the comments people make about how you analyze a character. You are applying logic to a situation that did not feel like it was executed well in the show, and everyone else who is replying is doing so with the benefit of knowing where everything goes. I love Jesus, but he was absolutely a threat at that truck stealing scene. If for no other reason, he ran up on two armed men and could not seem more relaxed.

Carol was never trying to trick those women. Nor do I think she's acting out of character. Spending time in Alexandria + Morgan has given her time to reflect on all of the people she's killed, and the gravity of that is finally catching up to her. She genuinely did not want to kill those saviors. I get what you guys were saying in that they haven't killed many people who didn't deserve it, but realistically I think most people would suffer from serious PTSD from what they've had to do.

Right on, Joshua! I think Mr. O legitimately does not understand what murdering people can do to a person. He's sitting there episode in, episode out saying he'd shoot this and that guy, completely oblivious to the toll that can take on a person. It's not about whether you think someone deserves to be killed mister O, it's about what killing will do to you. He sounds like a 15 year old talking sometimes.

Omg stop it with the building is a historical landmark. Gregory was acting superior on purpose, it had nothing to do with the building. He just wanted to appear like he had more value than he did, he wanted to establish dominance, so he treated them like they're dirty and beneath him. Like they need him more than he needs them. It was not at all about keeping a historical building clean. Plus not once did he indicate that he thought the world was going back to what it once was.
