How to do Vishnu Mudra for this week's 'Nadi Shodana' breathing technique ✨ (Patreon)

Blessings Nude Yogis 🙏🏽
As you may have seen, this week's Pose of the Week is 'Nadi Shodana'.
In this breathing technique, we are required to use 'Vishnu Mudra' - which some of you may or may not have heard of.
I just thought I would provide a little clarity of this mudra so you can, hopefully, feel a little more comfortable and confident when practicing Nadi Shodana ☺️
I have taught it as if you are right-handed, but if you are left handed, the same principles apply for Vishnu Mudra ☺️
HOW-TO:
- open the palm of your right hand
- curl index and middle finger into palm, with the ring finger and pinky remaining connected (as best you can)
- remember to keep the elbow of your right arm in by your torso (or left if you're using your left hand) - avoid allowing the arm and elbow to splay out and up
- this can take some practice, so take your time
ALTERNATIVELY:
- if you are struggling with Vishnua Mudra, alternatively, you can place the index and middle fingers of your right hand on the space between your brow
I hope that helps! I have also provided a dedicated info-graphic with this information in our corresponding Dropbox folder for Nadi Shodana (folder 29) 🙏🏽
