I didn’t realize how old this movie was. I saw it on a flight within the last couple years (post-Covid). Gotta admit, the execution of the ending confused (and I’ll confess, irritated) me, although the ‘unified family’ metaphor works as well as anything else. Maybe I should give it another whirl at sea level when not crossing time zones. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I work in a sushi restaurant and can confirm that rice is gluten free. A lot of customers with celiac are ultra vigilant about gluten free soy sauce and avoiding fried rolls, but otherwise there’s never been an issue.
