Cracking up at the Aaron Sorkin convo because I can tell what four hour window this must have been recorded in a few Sundays ago

Finally, Red Letter Media and THOB have covered the same film. A historic day for the three of us who reside in the overlap between those two fanbases! Also, on the topic of butt-doubles: There was a great body double gag in the Reno: 911 movie that is easily one of that film's funniest moments.

Thank you Chris for your library advocacy! We’re out here trying to keep physical media accessible (and patiently explaining to elderly patrons that no, there are still no DVDs of that Netflix show).

Joe, so curious to know more about your upcoming tv project!

So funny hearing Feil wend his way toward realizing what the Camryn Manheim 2003 movie was. Now, should Manheim's WILL & GRACE episode be up there? Who am I to say!

Cecil Spencer

Thank you for the Anora discussion, I have not seen the trailer yet, so I'm gonna wait until it comes out. All I know is MIkey Madison is in it & its from Sean Baker.

Philip

Judging from the trailer, not really sure why there is so much Oscar talk surrounding Madison!

Joe's 2021 diagnosis fits our experience almost exactly. We ventured back to a movie in the theater in the summer and then were immediately told about the Delta surge so that was it for a while. (Lots of immune-compromised people in our family.) I didn't go back until the Bond movie in late November. And EEAAO in March '22 was the first time we'd been in a full theater since ENDGAME. But I remember seeing SPIDEY 3 and LICORICE PIZZA in January that year and feeling like I was rolling the dice.

I know I’m insanely late on commenting on this but I just got the Patreon and have needed to say this since I heard this episode almost a year ago. Joe, listening to your interpretation/defence of the of the ending literally made me punch the air in happiness. One of my favourite films ever and so satisfying to hear someone be so articulate explaining its merit, thank you so much.
