I've been wanting to draw an Irena and Yin style character illustration for these two! It's pretty fun just taking the time to focus a little bit more on design and expressing ideas directly onto the canvas like this. :)

Some part of me regrets not trying out a more aggressive top down lighting since the character on the left is a little bit in the dark, but I would say the sunlight effect is still quite expressive nonetheless!

I'd love to touch this piece up once I get more inspiration, but that's another great thing about this format, it's much easier to add to it in the future :)

Thank you! Emotions are so far still pretty hard to draw, so it was quite a bit of struggle! I was actually quite torn between that or "come here", and ended up settling on the latter :)

So, red eyes are canon in Bad Guys? After rewatching everything about Max and Mia, I like to think the girls have their own motorcycle repair shop. Maybe they use this to hide their real job, though. I'm curious about their scars, though. Perhaps they're new to the job and don't have the same experience as Irena and Yin. I like that we get to see Max and Mia's day-to-day lives, which is very different from what we see with Irena and Yin, who are almost always working. I can't wait to see the muscle girls carrying their heavy weapons. Thank you so much for this amazing new piece, you always make your characters interesting.
