Yesterday I learned how to make a simple GIF in Photoshop (it’s much easier than I thought it’d be!)

I thought it’d be fun way to show you some stages of the process.

I took a few photos while I was drawing and just turned them into a GIF.

Here are still pictures if you want to have a better look:

Also, this is a list of colors I used to make this illustration:

MARKERS

yellow: Spectrum Noir CT1, CT3

pink: Spectrum Noir PP2

green: Promarker G159, G178, G339, Spectrum Noir LG2, LG4, Arteza G17, G15, A556, A2553

brown: Promarker O535. Arteza BR47, BR34

COLORED PENCILS

Yayy! Great!! Yeah, I also think it’s nice to show the process sometimes on photos and sometimes on videos. GIFs are also a fun way to do it! They’re kind of like a super short form of video but making them requires only a fraction of effort compared to a regular video. Plus, you don’t need to have spare 30 minutes to watch them! :>

Can you link to a line drawing for this image?

Hi Susan! I don’t have a lineart version of this illustration - it was created very spontaneously. The only coloring pages I made so far are these blueberry themed I shared recently. I can make a coloring page based on this gooseberry drawing tho! (if that’s what you’ve asked about) ♡
