I'm working on a second (and final - in this iteration) Solver collection this week. Having laid the book out, today I was working on the cover. The idea was to blow out the cover details of the first volume to reflect the themes of the second.

Volume 1 is below so you can compare and see what I did, or at least, attempted to do.

Volume 2 contains the Wobbly Head and Little Days storylines, so seven chapters again. I'm looking at ways to improve the distribution of these self-published books without bankrupting myself. If I can make it work for Solver, I should be able to issue a Steeple volume 4 as well. But that is still in the trial phase.

While Solver 2 is the end for the series as you remember it, I have been hard at work behind the scenes on a radically reconfigured version. It won't manifest until early 2027, so I'll talk about it closer to the time.

This is all very welcome & exciting news! And I love the new cover.

Luke Drotos

Looking forward to getting my hands on this one And intrigued for what this reconfigured form will be

Matthew

A radically reconfigured version that could also be volume 3? That can only mean it's time for Solv3r in which Lottie becomes a cyborg.

Jack Christmas

Really looking forward to this and whatever the next Solversion is! (I won't count on Steeple Vol. 4, just in case.)

scarygoround

It'll be a new number 1 with a thrilling (baffling) new title - my promise to you.

This is the best! All of it. The best.

I have to admit the cover design is a bit on the intestinal side for me.

LazyBob

The cover looks fantastic!

UsrBinPRL

Just take all my money now!

Sean Kinlin

That puffer contains multitudes.

heyheyhaydn

I do love the abstracted puffer jacket looking like brains. Very smart I think!

Jacob Mattingly

Excellent cover. I do hope the soft reboot of solver keeps the main trio whatever nonsense is about to happen.

Fergus Murray

Intestine-puffers aren't for everyone

Will

Love the new cover! And spooky Charlotte.

Ross Webster

These covers are wonderful! Great use of Lottie's purple puffer!

Pierpaolo Di Camillo

Can't wait! This cover is interesting. It's a reprise of the first volume, but now Lottie and Skelottie look like twins in a womb. It's pretty scary.
