Matthew Steuer

Rollerball with Chris Klein and L.L. Cool J. I’m begging you do this movie!

darkora

Doom (2005)

Katy Hill

Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever

A turn knees general

Predator "Dillon, You son of a bitch!" Then, air arm wrestling?

Makin' do.

Chuck Norris' Forest Warrior

Amy Maua

Ecks vs Severs. With Lucy liu and Antonio banderez

The Younglings Had It Coming

Wolf Warrior 2. Classic stupid 80's flag waver, but made in 2017 China. Also one if the most successful box-offices of all time.

Catt Treat

War. (It’s a Bollywood film)

Donald Gold

One of my personal favorite movies ever is Hawk The Slayer, but it is truly dreadful.

Troublemaker Jake

Megaforce (1982) it ends with an action movie thumbs up

Sarvis

Suicide Squad. I've seen people defending this lately, because it's tied to Birds of Prey, and that was decent. But no, Suicide Squad is still bad.

Alextomcool

Samurai cop. It's a goddam masterpiece of terrible everything.

Danica

Any of the Lethal Weapon movies

Chris

Miami Connection for the insanity that happens towards the end of the movie.

Dreamcrusher

Sucker Punch, Zack Synder delivers another turd, but this time tries to elevate misogyny to art. Either that or A God Day to Die Hard the movie that ruined my love for the Die Hard franchise.

Christopher Brian

John Cena in The Marine or Stone Cold Steve Austin in Tactical Force

Morten Worsøe Schoubye

The worst I can think of: Last Action Hero, The Pacifier, and the recent Extraction.

B

Silent Rage - Chuck Norris in what he thinks is a slasher movie

B

Deadly Prey - vaguely homoerotic direct-to-video 80s action that throws in some Rambo: Last Blood-esque sexual assault, just to make it impossible to enjoy

B

Day of the Warrior - one of sleaze master Andy Sidaris' later works, full of ENORMOUS fake breasts and wrestler Buff Bagwell as a wrestling villain who inexplicably wears a feathered headdress

Gina Pazienza

Hands of Steel, a cyborg gets mixed up with trucker arm wrestling

Alexander Thomas

Mortal Kombat, Batman & Robin, Highlander 2.

Zaridjr

American Hunter, Samurai Cop, Mortal Kombat Annihilation

VermanShane

Stealth, often overlooked TERRIBLE flim.

Amy Maua

... I like the last action hero. ;)

Wookiestick

Mean Guns. It's a Chistopher Lambert movie that's a lot like the Japanese film Battle Royale, but predates it.

JD

Drive Angry. Nic Cage escapes from hell to save his infant daughter from a cult. What's not to love?

Sai Like Sigh

Predator 2! It is so weird and bad and racist and hilarious! It is so fun to not give a shit about any human character. Also: Pre-crash Gary Busey 🤯

Joshua

Underworld: Evolution. The film that was bad compared to Underworld.

Kurt Montandon

"Equilibrium" - for all the praise it gets, it's really a pretty bad movie, and the choreography sucks ass if you actually look at what's happening on screen. It's also just not very well written or acted. It just looks cool, and has a superficial deepness that appeals to stoned college kids and teenagers.

B. King

Sucker Punch.

Cbz

Excuse me, they said "Bad" action :P

Cbz

Oh my god, yes!

Cbz

Another vote for Samurai Cop!

TBoneSF

Double Dragon. The first fighting game turned into a movie. Alyssa Milano and Robert Patrick got a huge reality check about the viability of their movie careers. Throw in George Hamilton and Vanna White for no good reason.

Eric Meyer

Ultraviolet. A film that managed to fuck up a flaming broadsword fight. Alternatively: The Spirit. By far and away the worst superhero movie I've ever subjected myself to (high in the running for worst of anything ever). Shitty noir-esque movie clearly and unapologetically ripping off Sin City's aesthetic with the most phoned in forgettable hero imaginable and Samuel L Jackson as a literal Nazi who's obsessed with eggs.

Shane

Paul Blart mall cop

Anne the transwoman

That Hercules movie from the 80s? y'know the one where Hercules throws a bear in space ? And fight robots or something?

Mama Llaga

Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins, it is a kung-fu-esque attempt that has Wilford Brimley in it.

Mama Llaga

Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death (1989), this has Bill Maher in it.

Mama Llaga

Brain Smasher... A Love Story, Starring Andrew Dice Clay

Amanda

A Quiet Place. Seriously, this movie was SO STUPID. It was basically solved the same way as "Mars Attacks" but it wasn't as good.

Evan McDonell

Well, Battle: Los Angeles is on Netflix now, so that seems like serendipity

The Real Moorey

Can it be female muscles? Granted I couldn’t get all the way through this, it was that bad, and I’m sure it was written by incels. ‘Sucker Punch’. It stars two of my favourite ever Australian women, and even that couldn’t get it over the line for me. And it’s on Netflix

Windy City Roger

Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever Also it should be picked for having a sequel-esque or the most "you know who we are talking about right," title of all time

The Real Moorey

Also just suggested. Didn’t see yours.

Larry

Any of the Expendables movies. Can’t decide if JCVD or Gibson makes a better bad guy. I’d probably go with the third one for the “how much stuff can we pack into 2 hours “ vibe.

john Morrow

Bad Boys: Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Tchéky Karyo, Joe Pantoliano, and Michael Fucking Bay!

Jin Hadah

Blind Fury. It's like someone brought a copy of Zatoichi near an empty film reel and made a homeopathic dilution using Commando as the diluent

Alexander Thomas

Ultraviolet's roof top scene should qualify it for GAM alone. That and you can see when the effects budget ran out and watch Milla realise in real time how has the movie is and go from phoning it in to full blown ham.

Jessbfd

The Tuxedo (feat. Jackie Chan and a silly super-suit)

Canadiankev

Spencer Confidential; Marky Mark impressions for 2 hours, golden!

George Isaac

Sucker punch is a crazy mind fuck, any Robocop they are all bad, The Marine with John Cena that guy is basically indestructible, San Andreas bad science, almost end of the world, The Day After Tomorrow same as San Andreas but more calamity and destruction.

Ilan Woll

It’s actually pretty good, but The RAID:Redemption

Paige Converse

Let's see, I have so many suggestions as a lover of shitty action movies: Death Kiss-a horrific Death Wish knockoff, featuring an actor who looks like he walked into a cut rate plastic surgery office and said "give me the Charles Bronson"; Literally any Death Wish film after part II. The Bruce Willis reboot is okay, so I'd stay away from that one. Bloodfist-a poorly conceived and poorlier executed Bloodsport knockoff. Somehow there are 8 of these. No Holds Barred--a Hulk Hogan vehicle from the days where Hulk could still haul himself out of bed in under two hours. I couldn't finish this one, guys, it was just too shitty. That's where you come in! Random droppings: Murdercycle-the title tells you everything you need to know The Car-Road To Revenge (a murdered DA comes back as a car and murders his murderers) Cold Sweat (1970)-A pre-Mechanic, pre-Death Wish, post-The Great Escape Charles Bronson crime vehicle that fails to deliver. Still the least shitty movie on my list, though.

Nicolette

I am embarrassed to admit I love old jcvd movies. I would say Hard Target. So much hair grease, sweaty guys, and a bonus Lance Henrickson.

angrymacface

Under Siege or Under Siege 2

Regina Calabrese

Red Sonja. Schwartzenegger made his kids watch it as punishment.

Jonathan Edwards

OMG, Highlander 2 needs a good as*raping. The first movie that I ever watched that ruined a good previous movie.

Jonathan Edwards

That said, Remo Williams would be a strong second choice!!!!! Swatting away bullet with your hands! And "The adventure begins"...been waiting for part 2 my whole life.

Leslie Marchant

"Double Impact". Twice the Van Damme action, as he plays twins.

That Julia Person

How about the abominable Karate Kid knockoff "Sidekicks" with Chuck Norris and Jonathan Brandis (you know, from "The Neverending Story Part II")! It's sooooo bad.

Olivia Peachley

It’s Fantasy but still very Actiony- The Sword and the Sorcerer. The heros weapon is a THREE BLADED SWORD THAT SHOOTS OTHER SWORDS.

Nolan B.

I don’t remember a lot of greased muscles in it but the fact that there’s zoom-in batsuit butt and nipple shots in the opening of Batman and Robin (1997) is reason enough to review that one. And it’s so hilariously bad throughout I think you guys would have a good time doing it.

Kaleb Keefe

Winter’s Tale In case you’ve never heard of it. It’s a 2014 film; beautifully shot, with a star studded cast. However the writing is ridiculous, and the concept is ill-conceived. (Also, Will Smith plays the devil and has a bromance with Russell Crowe.)

tronvillain

There are too many actually good movies being suggested here. *chuckle* In that vein, consider "I Come in Peace" (also known as "Dark Angel") with Dolph Lundgren, or "Stone Cold" with Brian Bosworth.

john Morrow

Tom jayne is the punisher

Mark H

I came to suggest 6 Underground, that new Michael Bay atrocity, but I can’t deny that Sucker Punch is probably the perfect suggestion.

חנן

JCVD films “Nowhere to Run” (1983) and/or “Replicant” (2001)

חנן

I am also vocally supporting “Sucker Punch” for review

Esme

Miami Connection for EVERYTHING

parker burgess

This has to be the winner right here

parker burgess

In owner of the second demolition Man supposedly being made I vote demolition Man. It is truly a fun bad movie.

Chris

Absolutely. This movie just deserves to be riffed on by the crew.

Mark H

ROADHOUSE

Eric Johnson

COBRA. Terrible movie. Terrible editing. And Stallone was a huge dick during the production. He tried to get the name of the original author of the book taken off the credits so he could say he was the original author. If you want to see when Rocky really became an asshole, you will love this movie.

Jan Cerny

Back in the long-ago, a movie site I used to frequent had, as one of the signs that an upcoming action or sci-fi flick might be good, would post the tag, "Dolph Lundgren not in it." Pick one of the Swede's corpus. Failing that, I second Eric Johnson's vote for "Cobra." As a third, once again, I submit "Alien Nation," which I continue to insist is a waste of James Caan and Mandy Patinkin. It's late 80s, I know, and has the opposite of big hair, but still.

Stephen Price

"The Mutant Chronicles", awful, awful piece of crap with John Malkovich.

Urotsukido-Jesus

It’s a tough choice. Part of me wants Masters of the Universe (Dolph Lundgren and Skeletor, what’s not to like?) However, a bigger part of me wants Murdercycle: David A.R. White in a non-Christian movie

MutatedWisdom

Anything with Reb Brown would be fantastic (remember Space Mutiny?), but I really want to hear you take on "Yor, The Hunter From The Future"!

Mark H

If you’re going to do Sucker Punch, though, I think you should have Lucinda or Anna on, given the absurd misogyny of the film.

Jess Donovan

Kung Fury. Only 30 ish minutes but available on YouTube and is a spectacular love letter to every action movie ever made. Go watch it even if it doesn't make the show!

Erik

Flash Gordon. FLASH GORDON! Please do Flash Gordon. It's the campiest action movie I can think of.

Jason

I know I’m late by a mile but I hope it is Demolition Man.

Mung Jury

Oh I have been waiting for this category. My passionate suggestion is "No Retreat No Surrender" It has EVERYTHING: Jean Claude Van Damme in an almost non speaking role as the bad guy. Terrible 80s racism and sexism. More unresolved side plots than you can handle. And the absolute best abrupt ending in the history of film!

Mattbox

Deadly Prey!

Sir Arcane

Battle Field Earth (Scientologist wet dream)
