Oh, Andrew… when you mentioned Mad Dog 20/20 I felt simultaneously the warmth of nostalgia and the memory of hot grape scented bile. One followed hard upon the other. Something Andrew would only know if he were a military lawyer. Lt. Monroe is an Officer. The check kiting Marine and the defenDANT must have been Enlisted, because if they were officers, all three would have gone down regardless of who dropped the roofie, once circumstances became known. But since they were enlisted, Lt. Monroe would have been in serious doodoo for fraternization, so he would have done absolutely anything to quash the report. So basically the entire subplot is beyond all belief from a military perspective.

Eli I feel your pain. Fun fact, for my vasectomy the anesthetic didn't work. I've always needed extra and it always takes longer to kick in. Doc said he accounted for that. He didn't. I got through the procedure, but only by reminding myself that my wife did natural births (and a lot of screaming).
