Its not under kanye's page on spotify because it was released as a compilation album with artists that were signed to GOOD Music (the label that kanye founded). Amazing album that only gets better with time, as a huge Ye fan I just thought I'd let you know that vultures 1 is worth giving time to despite what everyone says about those albums. I think the first one is at least worth listening to but the second one is really your choice as some songs are good but the rest are just kinda bad and some of them still have AI usage for the vocals. Vultures 1 has interesting production and an interesting tone/vibe despite being the beginning of Ye's recent mental spiral imo. Also Ty does his thing on the album and his performances are really good, only thing is when you do listen to that album make sure you include the song Good (Don't Die) as it has been removed and is only available on Youtube now due to sample clearance issues, the song is part of the tracklist and the album should be experienced that way (I think its top 3 on the album).

Yeah I really don't understand the advocacy for Larry Hoover. Ye talks about how horrible all this street violence is on one hand while on the other hand is trying to free the guy who directly murdered a 19 year old and was responsible for hundreds of other murders and still organizing more gang activity from prison. Seems extremely contradictory. Anyway love this album I think it's still underrated. Great reaction.
