hi all! i was going through my videos today...made a couple old ones public again...came across this recording of the london tour show from november '22. i only uploaded it to show to my parents. otherwise it's just been sitting and collecting dust so i thought i might share it here for those interested in watching.

it was shot really pro from a few different angles but i simply haven't sat down to do an edit of it yet...maybe some day i'll release it proper...but for now! here it is, my little jokes + all

yes..the thirty minutes or so before i perform are always truly hellish..but i'm good at hiding my discomfort, like a cat (and after the first laugh it turns fun instead of scary). i would genuinely like to write an actual standup set one day ha...we'll see...

My current college literature class has emphasized how valuable it is to hear the authors read their poetry because it gives you a better understanding of the tone and cadence that was intended. Thank you for posting. The extra stories surrounding the poems is also great!

This was the first poetry book I ever bought and it completely changed everything I thought about poetry and the written word in general. It’s amazing to hear you read it and to get a bit of context to it. Thank you for posting this. P.S. “everything is complicated” is what I give everyone. I still think about it all the time.

"what you seek is seeking you" or whatever. such a beautiful collection, your poems always pull me apart in a way where I can better see the stuff I'm made of.
